Center tag stopped working

The HTML center tag stopped working, causing this template to no longer be centered. According to [1], this is because HTML5 doesn't support it anymore. (The wiki is using HTML5, so this makes sense.) I attempted to use the CSS method mentioned later in the page, but it didn't seem to work.
