The Summer of Sonic 2009 Art Book is a free gift that was given to attendees who pre-ordered a ticket for the Summer of Sonic 2009 convention. It resembles the instruction manual of a European Mega Drive game (the front cover uses the same artwork and style as the Sonic the Hedgehog manual). The book consists of an introduction by Kevin Eva and Svend Joscelyne, and 11 pages of artwork from the classic games through to Sonic Unleashed.
