Sonic for MegaCD is a hack(?) for the Sega CD by Stealth. It is basically Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 for the Sega CD. You start off in a Warp Zone with the ability to chose Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles. Afterwards, you can chose to go to Sonic 1 or 2. There are a few test zones as well that are playable.
