It merely says "Sorry, you are not permitted to use this board". It oesn't give any exact example. --User:True_Dude

Aha, got it! Your IP was in a two-octet ban--which was a pretty wide range to begin with! I've removed it, so you should be fine now. --Tweaker 03:02, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
