Sonic Retro

Sonic Retro stands for Sonic the Hedgehog Information Treasury, or the project you're looking at right now. It attempts to form a complete knowledge base for everything to do with Sonic the Hedgehog.

It uses a Wiki system to update itself, meaning any user can edit almost any article at any time. This system has its own specialized shorthand tags to make common tasks (such as linking to another page within the Wiki) easy to do.

Sonic Retro was founded September 14, 2004.

Awards and Accolades

In 2005, Sonic Retro was nominated for several Sonic Site Awards, winning the Most Evolved Website award. At the time of writing, Sonic Retro had gone from non-existance to over 1,000 articles.
