Catakiller, Jr., called Meramora (メラモーラ) in the Japanese manual, is a flying caterpillar badnik from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 found floating around in Angel Island Zone. They fly back and forth, and the only way to destroy them is by attacking their heads. Jumping anywhere else will inflict damage on the player.
