<forumuser name="P.P.A." /> P.P.A. is a german member on the Sonic Retro forums. Alternate nicknames are PPA and PPAChao. He was working on a hack called Sonic MD, which has been cancelled for plans of making a ProSonic game with material which he had done at this point.
