Especial Top Secret - Sonic the Hedgehog (Ação Games, December 1991) is a two-page article in the December 1991 issue (#8) of Brazilian magazine Ação Games. It covers in some detail the debug mode cheat in Sonic the Hedgehog, including the possibility of making the game harder, or drawing smiley faces. Sonic is also featured on the front cover of the issue.
