Sonic Cheater is a program made by Saxman that toggles on all the cheat codes for a given Genecyst savestate. It is designed to work with Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, and Sonic & Knuckles. The program was written in x86 assembly and runs in DOS.
