First4Figures is a company which produces collectible statues and dioramas of various videogames and animes, including Sonic the Hedgehog. Many of those statues and some of the dioramas also have an "exclusive" variant, which usually includes additional features such as flashing LEDs.
As of today, there are three product lines related to our favourite blue rodent:
