This cartridge appears to be a bootleg. No Sonic GBA game that I know of uses a non-standard GBA cartridge casing, whereas this one uses a blue cartridge. Also, the label is solid blue, whereas the actual Sonic Advance label has a light blue image.
And no, "AGB-ASOE" does not indicate it's a prototype.
