Bug! is a 3D platform game for the Sega Saturn. Sonic even makes a cameo appearance. Bug! is much more basic than Sonic X-treme, a similar platformer, and had flat runways in the air as levels.
It was followed up with a sequel some years later, entitled Bug Too!.
