Sonic Games Dimension was a Sonic the Hedgehog fansite community founded by SonicVaan and Green Snake (AKA Natsumi) in 2013 which lasted until 2016.
The website was originally created as an alternative to SSRG where anyone could post their ROM hacks or have general discussion on the very forums.
In early 2016 the website was hacked and shut down by an unknown person. Almost everything on the forum being deleted during this time. Afterwards SonicVaan put up a message telling about what happened and that is what's displayed on the webpage to this day.
