Voice Actor for Sonic in Sonic CD.
Keiko Utoku, born April 7, 1967, in Izumi Kagoshima is a Japanese singer and songwriter. She was part of the Jpop female band known as Mi-Ke from 1991 to 1993 before starting a solo career. She was the vocalist in the european and japanese version of Sonic the Hedgehog CD and sung Sonic - You Can Do Anything and Cosmic Eternity - Believe in Yourself. In Sonic Jam she was the vocalist for Sonic Theme Song 93. She also provided the voiceovers for Sonic in Sonic the Hedgehog CD. [1]
