Do I have to finish it to upload it?

No, we have pages for unfinished hacks (most hacks are never "finished" anyway). It just has to have some sort of significance. You can advertise your hack on the forums and if it's considered significant, someone might make a page for it on the wiki. Hack Help

I am having issues with uploading my hack.

It keeps being deleted and I do not know exactly why it's being rejected. It's not a palette swap it's an actual hack. (Sonic 1337 shouldn't have an excuse)

Someone help me (Mainly User:Hivebrain)
