<forumuser name="Dreamw4ker" /> DreamW4ker is the main designer of video games for NeonCascade. He is an expert at using the Game Maker Language to make professional quality games. He is mainly skilled in making The Legend of Zelda-type games and lacks some skill when it comes to making a game about Sonic. Still, he challenges himself by starting a project, which is to be a 2D Engine clone based on both the Sonic CD engine and the Knuckles' Chaotix engine. The project is purposely isolated from the fan game section until sufficient progress has been made.

Due to the number of experts present in the Sonic Retro community, DreamW4ker tends to stay in silence and work on his own projects. He often looks around the hacking section to not only learn how to hack, but learn the code from the games to try and emulate that code with GML. He feels that making fan games are a lot easier if you do it how it was originally done and try to build it from there.
