The Green Hill Zone

The Green Hill Zone is a website dedicated to documenting every game produced by Sonic Team from 1991 to the present. The bulk of its pages are devoted to the numerous Sonic the Hedgehog games that have been produced by the team, but it also has pages about NiGHTS into Dreams, ChuChu Rocket!, Samba de Amigo, and Phantasy Star Online.
The site was started on the 17 May, 1997 by Jared Matte (a.k.a "Green Gibbon!"). It is also renowned for a cynical sense of humor associated with most of its users.
The site is named after the first zone of the series' original game, Sonic the Hedgehog.
