Jinya Ito

Okay, this might be sorta complicated.

This page says that Jinya Ito worked on Sonic 1 as a designer, assumedly because of the Sonic 1 in-game credits that list "Design: Big Island, Phenix Rie, Jinya".

However, the hidden Japanese credits for Sonic 1 directly correspond for every other name, and the identity for Jinya in them is Jina Ishiwatari.

Case closed, right? Not so - because in Sonic 2's credits as listed on the wiki here list Jina Ishiwatari as a Zone Artist, as well as Jinya Ito under special thanks!

If they're the same person, why would they be listed 2 different ways in the credits? And can we be in any way certain that Jinya Ito is "close enough" to just assume it's the Jinya from Sonic 1, even though Sonic 1 makes it out to be Ishiwatari?

Further complicating this is the fact that Sonic 2's credits don't list Jinya Ito in the special thanks at all - so how the name got there in the wiki I'll never know.

Should Jinya Ito's page be merged with Ishiwatari's, and listed as a pseudonym? Even if not, I think Sonic 1 should be removed from Ito's page, because there's no clear reason to list it.
