Sonic Sound Editor is a program made by Saxman that allows the alteration of song tempos, as well as the replacement of the SEGA choir. It works with Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit) and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (16-bit). The program was written in x86 assembly and runs in DOS.
The source code was released on January 16, 2023.
