PalSwap in action.

PalSwap is a tool to swap around palette indexes in an uncompressed 8x8 tiles file. Note that it was intended to be a private release, so it may be affected by some bugs (namely, it's not idiot-proof and it will allow you to do things you shouldn't do). Use it at your own risk.
