It is an track in exclusive bonus edition of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. Or it can be purchased as DLC next to Metal Sonic as a playable character and it is based on OutRun series.
The player starts on the beach heading for a curved hill and the player can choose to follow the beach or the road. In aquatic parts the player will the sea dodging cruise ships going to and ramps where they do stunts. At the end the player back to earth where it has to pass the final ramp and ends in a sharp turn. The music is a remix of Splash Wave in OutRun game.
