Neo South Island Zone is the first level from Sonic Pocket Adventure. This level is recreation of a Sonic level with a layout consisting of parts of Emerald Hill Zone, Green Hill Zone, and Palmtree Panic Zone. All badniks are from Emerald Hill, the boss is a combination of the Aquatic Ruin Zone Boss' hammer and the car part on the Emerald Hill Zone Boss.The music is from the "Sonic World" minigame in Sonic Jam.
