Bill Wise is a voice actor who dubbed Knuckles' voice in the US version of Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie. In addition to voice work he's had bit roles in features such as Prison Break, Walker, Texas Ranger, and The Jamie Kennedy Experiment.
