The Warp Topaz is an item that was used in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series by IDW Publishing. It is a mystical gemstone that was used by Dr. Starline to teleport from place to place. The Hard-Boiled Heavies had previously used the Warp Topaz on their ship, the Heavy Wing.
