Archived reference without original link

References to archive.today and Ghostarchive should have the original links as their second parameter. This is not required for references to the Wayback Machine.
e.g. - {{ref|http://archive.today/12345|http://segaretro.org}} or {{ref|http://ghostarchive.org/archive/12345|http://segaretro.org}}
Add "2=" to the start of the second parameter if the URL contains an equals sign.
