GenaDrive is a Genesis/MegaDrive emulator for the XBox (There's also a Windows binary). There are a few things missing, but a good bunch of games are playable.
Sound is (kind of) supported, but there's no PSG or DAC, and all FM-voices are square wave noises. Here 's an example of it playing the "NO WAY? NO WAY!" music.
This emulator requires a directory called "roms" in the GenaDrive folder. This can contain any SEGA Mega Drive/Genesis ROM, but they must be in the bin format.
