There's a VHS from the Tokyo International Forum floating around that needs documenting/adding, and possibly others. At least one book in Taiwan I think too.
Don't have the time or patience to track everything down today, and I have even less patience to do the same for all the other games (particularly given these wikis aren't performing well tonight) - here's your chance to jump in.
