Captain Whisker is a robotic pirate created by Eggman Nega. He and his band of pirates (Johnny, Mini and Mum) are out to cause havoc on the seas, and intend to use an ancient artifact called The Jeweled Scepter to awaken an unnamed entity and conquer. However, despite their claims, the pirates are not very intimidating, and are generally clownish and bumbling, he also always forgets about Sonic and others.
