The Hacking CulT is a website run by drx and devoted to hacking Genesis games. Most of the emphasis is on Sonic. The site included some good guides (including one on m68k assembly), and had just undergone a major code overhaul when drx ran out of money and had to disconnect the server from the Internet. He soon got a donated connection from Sazpaimon, and as of August 18, his site is back online.
