Tell us about yourself!

I'm VOFAN, a freelance illustrator from Taiwan. Ever since college, I've worked on character designs for games, animation, and novels. Outside of drawing, I also really like photography.

What are you known for?

I've been working in Taiwan for a while now, but my art got really popular around the world after I drew the cover art for Ishin Nishio's novel series "Monogatari".

Who is your favorite Sonic character?

Knuckles! He's both a friend and a rival to Sonic. He's willing to help out whenever there's a need, but he can go toe to toe with Sonic, too. He's so cool!

What was your first encounter with Sonic?

My first time ever seeing Sonic was on the Game Gear. I was amazed at Sonic's speed and have been a SEGA fan ever since. After that I played Sonic R on the Sega Saturn and then Sonic Adventure on the Dreamcast.

Besides this Sonic comic, do you have anything exciting coming up?

I recently learned how to use Live2D (a vtuber software) and drew my first vtuber.
I'm hoping to release it down the line, so please stay tuned.
