Katzu Niku, or simply Kat, has been around the Sonic scene since 1997. She would frequently lurk on the alt.fan.sonic-hedgehog newsgroup and other early scene haunts.
She may or may not have committed the terrible crime of creating Sega of Virgin Islands, a parody branch of Sega Europe fictionally located on Beef Island in the British Virgin Islands.
