About your hacks...
Sonic Retro typically requires hacks to have associated description pages that describe what the hacks actually are. See Sonic Boom (hack) as an example. So far, you've just dumped a bunch of files here with very little description and what appears to be at least one terrible screenshot. In addition, the hack has to be notable in some way. Terrible palette edits aren't considered notable. See Sonic Retro:Hack Policy for more information.
