<forumuser name="Rika Chou" /> Rika Chou is a hacker best known for Sonic 2: Advanced Edit and the dumping of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Revision 00. He is a very talented pixel artist, as his hacks generally show.
He's one of those sceners that don't suck, which is quite rare.
