Quarterman

He is known for doing absolutely nothing worth noting and for often being confused in regards to memes and other internet phenomena. He is fairly active in the Retro forums and is generally pretty nice to the other members.

Quarterman and Sonic: Partners in freedom!

Quarterman was introduced to the blue blur at his cousin's house in 1996. He had never seen a Sega Genesis before, and was instantly hooked on the first Sonic game. Over the years he has grown into a huge fan of the Sonic series and tends to play the games obsessively for long periods of time.

He also really enjoys SATAM and AoSTH, but Underground serves as his own personal Berserk Button. He hates that show. It's best not to bring it up. He hopes to get better at hacking, as he has had ideas swimming around his head for a while.

Other interests

Besides Sonic, Quarterman has a love for animation. He has a deep appreciation for vintage Disney and for animated theatrical shorts. He tends to dislike the flash and CGI-based animation that is in vogue today, and generally find cartoons made in the last decade or so unwatchable, with a few exceptions (most notably anime. He's an anime whore).

One of Quarterman's other hobbies is retro video games. He maintains a blog on 1up.com where he reviews said games, and has a growing collection of old games and systems.

Random facts

- Quarterman has ADHD. It is said that his occasional hyperactivity can power a small city, and that his lack of an attention span has driven his teachers to insanity.

- He has been known to talk to animals, particularity squirrels. This sometimes leads to arguments with them, and odd looks from people walking by.

- He plans on moving to Canada. Rumor has it that the Canadian government is preparing to deploy a special forces team to prevent this from happening.
