Hello, my name is Troy and I've been around since January 2006.  Strange to know that over two years later, I'm still here learning more and more about the development of video games, primarily the Sonic the Hedgehog series.  A few months later, I started working on my own creative customized game of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 known as [http://forums.sonicresearch.org/index.php?showtopic=161 Soniquest], which now features disassembly tweakings, new music, color changes, new art, and much more. The game's development became inactive for a while, but is now back in action.

Along with helping out on Sonic Retro's wiki, he has worked on a ''[[Sonic 1]]'' hack known as {{LinkSSRG|topic=161|title=''Soniquest''}}.  The game features changes in art, [[disassembly]], music, and [[Palette| palettes]]. Besides gaming, I have a huge interest in music, as I play piano and most percussion/drum instruments.  I plan on going into either Computer Networking Systems or becoming a Math Secondary Education Teacher to start my career finally.  In my spare time, I work on my novel "Repugnance," as well as composing music for various uses.  My music can be found on my music MySpace [http://www.myspace.com/troyswork here].

Since January 2006, his main interest is the development of video games, primarily the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Ever since Sega's return with Sonic 4, he has posted his thoughts on the game's progress thus far. He has high expectations and has faith in its completion.
