<forumuser name="D.A. Garden" /> D.A. Garden is a member of the Sonic Retro community and is known for creating a Sonic 1 hack called Sonic the Hedgehog - Westside Island. He is also known for using Esrael Sonic Editor II on this hack even though as stated on the wiki, it's old and outdated.
