"Special bumper" from Sonic 2?

Special bumper from Sonic 2's Casino Night Zone which requires a "CNZ SPECIAL BUMPER" tag to function. (? - left in, in case this is the 'star bumper' described above - Elusive)
- That is refering to the BIG red wall bumpers from CNZ. When making a level hack you need to place a CNZ Bumper Tag object near it to function. If you don't place one it would not bounce Sonic at all. --SMTP
