I think the PC version's Special Stages should be split into their own page, as they're quite different from the Saturn ones. They use a different engine, graphics, physics and layouts, have a single "round", and are mechanically different, being true half-pipes (whereas the Saturn ones are functionally full pipes ala Sonic 2).
