A leaked prototype of Sonic 2 found by Simon Wai. It contains numerous levels dropped in the final version, and several renames and level differnces.

Genocide City
Renames: Dust Hill-> Mystic Cave
Green Hill-> Emerald Hill
Neo Green Hill->Aquatic Ruin
Dust hill zone has always been an enigma. The name does not fit Mystic Cave at all, and a screen shot from a game magazine showed a desert like level. It is constant source of debate.
Genocide City is completely empty. It has been widely debated as to what it was to be.
