Researcher is a new (created in April of 2012) user-rank awarded to certain members of Sonic Retro’s forum, based upon their high level of activity in researching topics related to Sonic the Hedgehog or to Sega in general.
The majority of the users currently within the Researcher group are also – or, in a strict sense, previously were – Oldbies.
