SONIC DRIVE is the opening theme for the animated series Sonic X in Japan, and the second single connected to the show. The CD contains the full version of the song, an instrumental, and a bonus track. Unlike the ending theme, this was the only song used to open the show during its run, though two animations sequences were created. The first was from episodes 1 to 26, and the second from episodes 26 to 78.
