"Moshimo Yukinara/Kyoudakeha"
Album: And I Love You
Artist: Dreams Come True

Moshimo Yukinara/Kyoudakeha (もしも雪なら/今日だけは) is the 39th single by Japanese band Dreams Come True. It was released on November 29, 2006, nearly a year after their last single, JET!!!/SUNSHINE. The single was released in two versions - a regular edition containing only the songs, and a limited edition package with a bonus DVD. The content included "The Love Rocks" concert tour digest and a mini-documentary.

The single also includes a remixed version of DREAMS COME TRUE's 1992 song SWEET SWEET SWEET by R&B artist Akon, which was used as the ending theme for the 2006 Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 video game Sonic the Hedgehog. The remix was done in celebration of Sonic the Hedgehog's 15th anniversary, the original version of the song having been used during the ending sequence of the Mega Drive game Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
