Famous founder and administrator of The Moogle Cavern. A real oldbie, Kulock is possibly one of the most determined website operators in the scene; he worked for four years on his site and it's famous message board, jumping hurdles such as spammers, bandwidth outages, server trouble, and tons of hostility from the Sonic CulT. Current author of the webcomic MC Dash.
