Esrael Sonic Editor II is a tool created by Esrael. It has a level editor, an art editor, a palette editor, a title card editor, and many more nifty tools. It also has a built in hex editor! It is recommended for beginners. SonED and SonED2 are considered to be better alternatives for art and level editing, but they're more advanced.
