Sonic Prime is a 3D animated Netflix television series based on the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, produced by WildBrain in conjunction with Sega of America, Netflix and Man of Action Entertainment. The series is animated at WildBrain’s Vancouver studio, with Sega and WildBrain jointly participating across production, distribution and licensing, while Man of Action is brought on as showrunner and Executive Producer for the series. The series premiered on Netflix in December 2022 with more episodes airing in July 2023 and January 2024. The series is also considered to be part of the game universe by Sega.[1][2][3][4]
