Captain Plunder was a character in the Fleetway's Sonic the Comic. He was the leader of the Sky Pirates, and accordingly, he used a traditional black hat and eyepatch, along with a hook and a wooden leg. He was a very popular character, to the point of having his own stories, probably because he was more of nuisance prone to peculiar and funny situations than a threat.
