Sonic Channel is SEGA of Japan's official website for Sonic the Hedgehog, and the single canonical source for much of the more obscure and expanded game-related information you will find here on Sonic Retro. The site features a great deal of exclusive character artwork (see Artwork from Sonic Channel) and game details... providing you can read Japanese kanji.
On top of expanded game information, Sonic Channel maintains character profiles for the Sonic games' significant protagonists, as well as a fan art section and numerous downloadable Sonic-themed calender/wallpapers.
