DXEdit is a simple utility for editing object layouts in the PC version of Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut by "Total" (from the about box). It allows you to see and edit the Object's type, rotation, coordinates and properties in a numerical format. It requires the .NET Framework 3.5 to run.
Edit: there is newer version available (last updated 1.07.2009). More info can be found here.
