Fast Friends Forever[1], alternatively formatted as Fast. Friends. Forever.[2], is a campaign launched by Sega in celebration of the Sonic the Hedgehog fanbase throughout the summer of 2023, themed around the friendship and teamwork of Sonic and his friends.

History

The campaign was first announced on August 8, 2023[1], with the promise of the following content throughout the campaign[2]:

Comic strips

The next day following the announcement of the event a series of short four-panel digital comic strips was started, each drawn and written by various artists from around the world, with a total of 15 comic strips announced to be released over the following months[2]. These comics were published on the official website as well as through the official Sonic the Hedgehog social channels.
