If It's Snow/Only Today (もしも雪なら／今日だけは) is the 36th single by Japanese band DREAMS COME TRUE. It was released on November 29, 2006, nearly a year after their last single, JET!!!/SUNSHINE. The CD single was released with a limited-edition DVD featuring DREAMS COME TRUE CONCERT TOUR THE LOVE ROCKS 2006 foot and mini-documentary video footage.
The single also includes a remixed version of DREAMS COME TRUE's 1992 song SWEET SWEET SWEET by R&B singer/rapper Akon, which was used as the ending theme for the 2006 Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 video game Sonic the Hedgehog. The original version of SWEET SWEET SWEET was used as the ending theme to Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
